Thaw in the refrigerator and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Lemon Garlic Halibut w/ Green Beans (2)
Defrost in the refrigerator. Place fish and contents of pouch in an oven safe dish and bake at 400 degrees for 12-16 minutes.

Chicken Burrito Bowl
Microwave right from the freezer for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave on 30 second intervals until warmed through. Add your favorite toppings (avocado, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa) and enjoy!
Acai Bowl
Remove from the freezer, thaw in the fridge, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
You may also reheat quiche from a frozen state. Cover it all with foil and bake it at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Let frozen quiche defrost in the fridge overnight if possible, then bake it, covered, at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until warmed through.
